Depression: I’m breaking the chains, I’ve been set free. And I plan on making it a habit.

Today is the day you look at the habits the depression keeps you repeating. Next determine how you want to break that habit or how you can break that habit. Put something else in its place or even change the time you do things around. Get your body moving differently, walk, dance, sing, change it up and break those chains!

Prayer: Father, please show me where and how I can break these chains. I pray for your strength and inspiration to do something different with my day, and I pray that I can learn to trust you with my thoughts and let go of this stress. May your love flood my heart to remind me I’m safe in your hands. Amen.
