Mental health challenges can leave us feeling rather depleted of love, irrespective of our knowledge. As we share our knowledge with others love does return to our heart. Share knowledge, share love! Sit and have the discussions you need to have, lift the burden off your chest, and be honest with yourself, and then with those around you. It is much needed for your health and well being, and your ability to sleep at night.
